What Convergent Water Technologies Provided
Convergent Water Technologies supplied the smartPOND Vault Valve and Inlet Riser Screen for phase seven of the Wolf Ranch Development as their Batch Detention system of choice. smartPOND was built for simplicity, and it has been this simplicity that is winning over developers and engineers throughout the Edwards Aquifer when they are looking for a batch detention solution to protect receiving waters from flooding and stormwater pollution.

- Design – When comparing two different systems in Wolf Ranch, smartPOND and the other, you quickly see the differences. With less design time and submittal review, the engineer is left with ample time to work on more critical engineering matters.
- Constructability – Due to the simplicity of the system and it’s “plug-and-play” engineering, the contractor is left with very little to do. Simply make three 6” pipe connections and backfill the provided manhole when required and you are done.
- Warranty – All smartPOND systems come with a one year warranty from the date of activation
- Maintenance and Monitoring – During that 1-year warranty period, the system is monitored remotely and maintained. After the year is up, there are options available for long term maintenance and monitoring
