This is the future of stormwater retrofit in highly developed urbanized areas across the US. To that end, the EPA is beginning a public campaign to present the Prince George’s County Public-Private Partnership as the model for how to drive rapid change and innovation in the stormwater management paradigm for urbanized area quickly, in a win-win-win process.
